Alabama White Barbeque Sauce

1 1/2    C              Mayonnaise
4          oz             Apple cider vinegar
3          Tbsp         Corn syrup
1/3       Tsp           Cayenne pepper
1 1/2    Tbsp         Prepared horseradish
1          Tsp           Lemon juice
1 1/2    Tbsp         Black pepper
1/2       Tsp           Salt


  1. In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients  and whisk together until homogeneously blended.

  2. Transfer the White Barbeque Sauce to a smaller container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  3. Thoroughly submerge your smoked chicken into the White Barbeque Sauce before serving.
