1      lb          Fresh chicken tenders
2      Tbsp      Butter
1/2   C           Spice Union Blackening Spice Blend


  1. Preheat a cast iron pan to high heat.

  2. Dredge the chicken tenders in Spice Union Blackening Spice Blend.

  3. Add butter to the cast iron pan and place the seasoned chicken tenders to the pan.

  4. Cook the chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the chicken tenders is barely cooked through.

  5. Serve Bleu cheese or Ranch dressing.
