4 ea 6-8 oz Redfish Fillets
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 C Spice Union Blackening Spice Blend
Preheat a cast iron pan to high heat.
Brush both sides of each Redfish fillet with melted butter.
Dredge the Redfish Fillets in Spice Union Blackening Spice Blend.
Place the Redfish fillets into the cast iron pan.
Cook the Redfish for 3-4 minutes per side or until just cooked through.
