Grilled Mahi Mahi
4 ea 6-8 oz portions of Mahi Mahi fillets
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/3 C Spice Union Chesapeake Bay Spice Blend
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Brush each Mahi Mahi fillet with olive oil.
Liberally season with the Spice Union Chesapeake Bay Spice Blend.
Place the Mahi Mahi fillets on the grill, skin side up.
Cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until the Mahi Mahi is barely cooked through.
Serve over a salad of fresh greens and vegetables.
