
Pan Seared Haddock

Ingredients:
4 ea 6-8 oz Fresh Haddock fillets
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/3 C Spice Union Chesapeake Bay Spice Blend

Preheat a cast iron pan to medium high heat.

Season both sides of each Haddock fillet with Spice Union Chesapeake Bay Spice Blend

Add coconut oil to the cast iron pan and heat until the coconut oil is shimmering.

Place the Haddock fillets in the pan.

Cook the Haddock fillet for 2-3 minutes per side or until the Haddock is just barely cooked through.

Serve with sautéed fresh seasonal vegetables.
