Garam Masala Spiced Seared Scallops
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Sea Scallops
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 C Spice Union Garam Masala Spice Blend
Preheat a cast iron pan to medium high heat.
Dredge the top and bottom of each Sea Scallop in Spice Union Garam Masala Spice Blend.
Add butter to the cast iron pan and heat until the butter stops foaming.
Cook the scallops for about 1 minute on each side or until just short of being cooked through.
Serve with a side of drawn butter and lemon wedge.
