Grilled Salmon Seasoned with Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub


4        ea               6-8 oz portions of salmon fillets

2        Tbsp            Olive oil

1/3     C                Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub


  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.

  2. Brush each fillet with olive oil and liberally season with Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side up. 

  4. Cook the salmon on high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is just short of being cooked through.

  5. Serve with fresh lemon and your favorite seasonal vegetable.
