Grilled Ribeye with Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend

4          ea          10-12oz Ribeye Steaks
2          Tbsp       Olive oil
1/3       C            Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend


  1. Bring the Ribeye steaks to room temperature.

  2. Preheat your grill to at least 400°F- setting up for direct-heat cooking.

  3. Brush the both sides of the ribeyes with the olive oil.

  4. Liberally season both sides of the ribeye with Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend.

  5. Place the ribeyes over the hottest part of the grill.

  6. Cook the ribeyes for 3-4 minutes, then give the steaks a quarter turn, but do not flip the steaks yet.

  7. After another 3 minutes, flip the ribeyes.  

  8. Cook the ribeyes for 3 minutes, then give the steaks another quarter turn.

  9. If the flames flare up due to fat rendering from the steaks, move them aside until the flames burn out.

  10. Cook the ribeyes until they reach your desired doneness (internal temps: 120°F for rare, 125°F for medium-rare, 130°F for medium).

  11. Remove the ribeyes from the grill and let it sit for about 4-5 minutes before cutting.

  12. Serve with your signature sides and a full bodied red wine.
