Grilled Salmon Seasoned with Polynesian Luau Spice Blend


4       ea        6-8 oz portions of salmon fillets

2       Tbsp    Olive oil

1/3    C         Spice Union Polynesian Luau Spice Blend


  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.

  2. Brush each fillet with olive oil and liberally season with Spice Union Polynesian Luau Spice Blend.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill.  Cook on high heat for  4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is just short of  being cooked through.

  4. Finish the dish with grilled peppers, tomatoes and fresh fennel.
