
Smoked Chicken

Ingredients:
1 ea 3-4 lb Whole chickens
1/2 C Spice Union Smokin’Chic Rub
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat your smoker to 325°F- setting up for indirect cooking.

Split the chicken by cutting it along the back bone and laying it flat, skin side up.

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and coat the chicken.

Liberally season both sides of the chicken with Spice Union Smokin’ Chic Rub.

Place the chicken on the smoker.

Cook the chicken for about 60-70 minutes or until the thighs reach an internal temperature of 170°F.

Remove the chicken from the smoker and let the chicken rest for 5-7 minutes before cutting.
