2 lbs Peeled & deveined shrimp (size U-16 recommended)
8 ea Bamboo Skewers
1/2 C Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub
2 Tbsp Olive oil
4 ea Fresh Lemon Wedges
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 3-4 minutes.
Skewer 5 shrimp onto each bamboo skewer.
Brush the shrimp with the olive oil and season liberally with Spice Union’s Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub.
Place the shrimp on the grill, over direct heat.
Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes per side.
Serve with lemon wedges and for a little extra richness, drawn butter, if you like.
