Grilled Snapper with Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub

4         ea                  6-8 oz portions of Snapper fillets
2         Tbsp              Olive oil
1/2      C                   Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub


  1. Preheat your grill to high heat- at least 450°F.

  2. Brush each fillet with olive oil and liberally season with the Spice Union’s Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub. 

  3. Place the Snapper fillets on the grill- skin side up.  Cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side or until the Snapper is just barely cooked through.  

  4. Serve with your signature side dishes and fresh seasonal vegetables.
