16 oz Plain, Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
2 C Fresh Cucumber- peeled, seeded and fine diced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 ea Fresh Garlic Cloves- finely minced
3 Tbsp Fresh Dill- minced
3 Tbsp Fresh Mint- minced
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir together until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
