Pan Seared Salmon

4          ea               6-8 oz portions of Salmon steaks
1/4       C                Spice Union Ultimate Seasoning Blend
1          Tbsp           Coconut oil
1          Tbsp           Butter


  1. Preheat a cast iron pan on medium high heat.

  2. Season the salmon steaks with Spice Union's Ultimate Seasoning Blend.

  3. Add the coconut oil and butter to the pan and heat until the oil is shimmering.

  4. Place the salmon into the cast iron pan.

  5. Sear the salmon steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side or until just barely cooked through.

  6. Serve immediately with fresh lemon.
