
Grilled Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients:
3-4 lbs Leg of lamb
1/2 C Grated onion
1/4 C Olive oil
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp Garlic- minced
2 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Spice Union Ultimate Seasoning Blend
8 ea Bamboo skewers

Remove any string that is being used to hold the leg of lamb together.

Open the lamb leg and separate each muscle, while removing any silver skin, fat or connective tissue.

Cut the lamb into 1 1/2 inch cubes.

Place the lamb in a large bowl with the grated onion, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, milk and Spice Union Ultimate Seasoning Blend. Toss to thoroughly coat.

Place the marinated meat into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Preheat your grill to high heat.

Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 3-4 minutes.

Assemble the kabobs by skewering the meat on the bamboo skewers.

Place the kabobs on the grill, directly over the heat source.

Grill the kabobs for about 3 minutes per side or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 130°F.
