Grilled Breast of Pheasant with Wild Game Seasoning

2         lb            Pheasant Breast
4         Tbsp        Olive oil
1/2      C             Spice Union Wild Game Seasoning Blend


  1. Bring the pheasant breasts to room temperature.

  2. Rub the pheasant breasts with olive oil and season with Spice Union Wild Game Seasoning Blend.

  3. Preheat your grill to at least 400°F.

  4. Place the pheasant breasts on the hottest part of the grill.

  5. Cook the pheasant breasts for 3-4 minutes per side.  Move off the direct heat and finish cooking with indirect heat to an internal temp of 155°F.

  6. Let the pheasant breasts sit for 4 minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve with roasted root vegetables and your signature potatoes.
