Grilled Elk Sirloin Roast
Ingredients:
1 ea 4 Lb Elk Sirloin Roast
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/3 C Spice Union Wild Game Seasoning Blend

Bring the elk sirloin roast to room temperature.

Preheat your grill to high heat.

Using paper towels, pat dry the elk sirloin roast.

Rub the elk sirloin roast with the olive oil.

Liberally season the elk sirloin roast with the Spice Union Wild Game Seasoning Blend.

Place the elk sirloin roast onto the grill, directly over the hottest part of the grill.

Sear the elk sirloin roast on all sides; approximately 4-5 minutes per side.

Move the elk sirloin roast to a cooler part of the grill, away from the heat source.

Maintaining a grill temperature of 300-325°F, continue to cook the elk sirloin roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F.

Remove the elk sirloin roast from the grill and allow to rest for 7-8 minutes before slicing.

Serve the elk sirloin roast with your signature potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
