Garam Masala Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1         ea            Large head of cauliflower
4         Tbsp        Clarified butter- melted
1/3      C             Spice Union Garam Masala Spice Blend

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into small to medium size florets.

  3. Place the cauliflower florets into a large bowl and add the clarified butter.

  4. Toss the cauliflower to coat the florets evenly.

  5. Add the Spice Union Garam Masala Spice Blend to the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.

  6. Spread the cauliflower florets out evenly on a sheet pan.

  7. Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes or until just fork tender.

  8. Serve immediately as a side dish to your favorite entrée.
