
Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 ea Large head of cauliflower
6 Tbsp Clarified butter- melted (also known as Ghee)
1/3 C Spice Union Garam Masala Spice Blend

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Cut the cauliflower into slabs by cutting all the way across the head of cauliflower. Each slab should be 1/2-3/4 inch thick. Take care to keep the slabs in tact after cutting them.

Preheat a large roasting pan and the clarified butter in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Gently coat both sides of the cauliflower slabs in the clarified butter and set in a single layer on the bottom of the roasting pan.

Season both sides of the cauliflower slabs with Spice Union Garam Masala Spice Blend, being sure to keep the slabs in tact when flipping them.

Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes or until just fork tender.

Serve immediately as a side dish to your favorite entrée.
