Grilled Flat Iron Steak
Ingredients:
1 ea 1-2 lb Beef Flat Iron Steak
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/4 C Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend

Bring the Flat Iron Steak to room temperature.

Preheat your grill to at least 400°F.

Brush the Flat Iron Steak with the olive oil.

Liberally season the entire Flat Iron Steak with Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend

Place the Flat Iron Steak over the hottest part of the grill.

Cook the Flat Iron Steak for 3-4 minutes, then give the Flat Iron Steak a quarter turn, but do not flip the Flat Iron Steak yet.

After another 3 minutes, flip the Flat Iron Steak.

Cook the Flat Iron Steak for 3 minutes, then give the Flat Iron Steak another quarter turn.

Cook the Flat Iron Steak until it reaches your desired doneness (internal temps: 120°F for rare, 125°F for medium-rare, 130°F for medium).

Remove the Flat Iron Steak from the grill and let it sit for at least 4 minutes before cutting.

Cut the Flat Iron Steak against the grain of the muscle fibers.
