Polynesian Luau Spiced Grilled Scallops

Ingredients:
1 1/2    lbs                 Fresh Sea Scallops
3          Tbsp              Olive oil
1/3       C                   Spice Union Polynesian Luau Spice Blend

 

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.

  2. Place the scallops in a large bowl with the olive oil.  

  3. Gently fold together the scallops and olive oil until the scallops are coated.

  4. Add the Spice Union Polynesian Luau Spice Blend to the scallops.

  5. Once again, gently fold together the scallops and seasoning until the scallops are evenly coated.

  6. Place the scallops over the hottest part of the grill.

  7. Grill the scallops for about 60-90 seconds per side or until the scallops are just short of being cooked through.

  8. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a wedge of lemon.
